In Sivota - one of Greece's most breathtaking coastal villages - we manage eight distinct properties, each with its own character, each held to the same uncompromising standard.

Theodoros Katsos

30+ years in hospitality management

Thirty years in the engine rooms of Athens' finest hotels and international chains - before bringing every lesson home to Sivota.

Theodoros Katsos began his career in Athens at a time when the city's grand five-star hotels were defining the standard for Mediterranean hospitality. Over three decades, he held management positions across some of Athens' most prestigious luxury properties - as well as within both Greek and international hotel chains - building an intimate understanding of the systems, disciplines, and culture that make world-class hospitality possible.

Instead, he returned to Sivota - carrying everything he had learned - and built something genuinely his own: a boutique operation where international standards meet Greek warmth, and where the word “quality” is not a marketing claim but a daily practice.
